Theoretical Problems
Cast/Crew
A crew or cast member may get ill or may somehow not be available to film.
This would halt production if the crew or cast member is essential to the set on that day.
To prevent this, I will make sure that I have back up dates just in case things take a turn for the worse, therefore If this issue does occur then I will be prepared.
Copyright/Music Clearance
Music will have to be used in the film.
If I chose to use already existing copyrighted music the video could get into legal issues, it may also lead to the film being taken down on YouTube due to the music.
To prevent this, I will get in contact with a musician I have worked with on previous projects to create the needed music for the final film. This will remove all issues of copyright.
Health and Safety
The horse may feel scared, and might possibly hurt a cast or crew member.
This could lead to production coming to a stop to get the individual to the hospital as soon as possible.
To prevent this, I will make sure that the horse's owner/trainer will be present on set at all times the horse is. As well as this, I will aim to have a trained first aider on set just in case .
Locations
On one of the locations, there will be a night shoot where a campfire needs to be lit.
This could lead to some possible injuries, burns and maybe a large scale fire.
To prevent this, there will be a buck of water present near the fire. This will be used to prevent the fire from spreading if it does, in addition, there will also be a trained first aider with a first aid kit to tend to any possible injuries or burns.
